Maria has over 15 years of residential and commercial real estate experience. She started her real estate career as part of a successful commercial real estate team whose clients included big players such as Southland, Precision Tune, Wawa and Royal Farms. Her residential client base includes everyone from first-time homebuyers, to investors, to relocating residents (both local and international).
She has grown her residential business quickly and has been a consistent top producer. She has also managed to increase her production and client base tremendously each year, but her real pride comes from the relationships she develops with each of her clients. Referrals from her loyal and satisfied clients are what has built her success.
Maria has a bachelor degree from Salisbury University and has lived in Bel Air for 27 years. She is a member of Harford County Million Dollar Real Estate Association and serves on numerous charitable & volunteer boards and committees.
