Samantha was raised in Bel Air, Maryland and attended West Virginia University.
In 2016 Samantha became a licensed Realtor, and formed a top producing team at Garceau Realty with Realtor & mother Maria Minico-Hayes. This mother daughter duo grew their business together maintaining their status in the top 4% of Realtors in the Baltimore Metro region for 6 consecutive years.
