Kay is a 45+ year resident of Harford County and a Goucher College graduate. Julie grew up in Virginia and spent a lot of her adult life in NYC. She attended West Virginia University and Studio 4 in New York, training as an actress. Julie and her son, Tyler, currently live in Forest Hill and enjoy spending time exploring Harford County. Julie is an avid runner, hiker and enjoys the outdoors. Julie found the perfect place to call home, and she enjoys working with buyers and sellers in Harford County helping them to do the same.

Alex Deitz was born and raised in Harford County. He is a graduate of St. Paul’s School, St. Mary’s College of Maryland, and the University Of Maryland School Of Law. Alex practiced law in Towson for 6+ years and joined Kay at Garceau Realty in 2011 as an Associate Broker. Alex is full-time and very much enjoys working with buyers and sellers.

Katie McDowell was born and raised in Baltimore County and attended Mount St. Mary’s University. After 3+ years working at Johns Hopkins Hospital, she decided to pursue her passion for real estate and became a licensed Realtor in 2016. With her positive energy, attention to detail and dedication to helping others, she enjoys working with the Kay Deitz Team clients to ensure each transaction gets to settlement as efficiently as possible.
