The farm contains 78.25 +/- acres with 40.58 +/- acres tillable, and 37.67 +/- acres wooded. The property is divided into three main areas. South of Urey Road contains 30 +/- acres of tillable land including the subdivided lots and some outbuildings with reminder in 30 +/- acres of woods with a portion that borders on Deer Creek.
