David is the top producing Commercial Real Estate agent with Garceau Realty. He handles nearly all of the commercial needs coming through the office. With more than 15 years of experience assisting Sellers, Buyers, Landlords, and Tenants, he has developed an extremely thorough and efficient process that his clients can trust. He offers clients a myriad of knowledge and experience to assist in their deals coupled with the convenience and efficiency of modern technology.


David is also an Investment Advisor Representative with Chesapeake Capital Management. His mission from the beginning has been to explore all available investment options for his clients through real estate, insurance products, and the markets based on their risks and rewards. His passion is for uncovering the best investment options in any given market or economic cycle and sharing it with his clients to help them prosper!


David graduated from UMBC where he played Division 1 soccer. He and his wife Chelsea grew up in Harford County and now they live with their 3 children in their Fallston home. Along with traveling and spending time outdoors, David enjoys coaching for the Fallston Rec association and local club programs within the community.

Investor Relations:

With an investor mindset himself, David tends to work really well with like minded investors seeking a strong yield while weighing the risks associated. Commercial real estate is an excellent place to create cashflow and equity, but there are many potential pitfalls to navigate along the way. David will use his knowledge and experience to help navigate these hurdles for clients so that all risks are discovered and weighed into the final decision to be made by his clients.


Financial Advising:

David is an Investment Advisor Representative with Chesapeake Capital Management. His mission for the past 15 years has been to explore all available investment options through the markets, insurance products, and Real Estate based on their risks and rewards. With his knowledge, he is able to provide his clients with the best options for their investment and retirement needs. 


1031 Exchange:

Many of our clients are sellers who may have interest in delaying or avoiding the capital gains tax associated with a big sale. In this scenario, Mr Feazell will provide these clients with Real Estate Investment options where they can roll the proceeds and continue to collect a steady, reliable cashflow. Typically these deals are done with nationally or regionally recognized tenants who will often provide a long term passively structured lease with a corporate guarantee attached. Clients are often very happy to roll their proceeds into a property with a well recognized tenant where their responsibilities as a landlord range from very limited to completely hands off!


Property Management:

David works with several landlord clients as a property manager for their larger commercial assets. In this scenario, he handles all interaction with tenants and vendors on a daily basis to include rent collection, maintenance, renovations, scheduling, and more. As with all other services offered, the primary goal is to exceed the expectations of the client and provide an extremely efficient and seamless experience which will allow them to focus their attention elsewhere with utmost confidence.
